What is a system condition report?

It is designed to carry out two key tasks: first, highlight any weaknesses and risks, such as security vulnerabilities or the risk of a system crash, and second, propose potential improvements. A good quality system condition report will grade issues according to how serious they are and how significant the benefits of fixing them.
