Today is International Women’s Day and we want to introduce you to one of our developers, Eilish, an integral member of the Decent family.
Eilish Skeates has been a Software Developer at Decent for 5 years, consistently delivering bespoke systems for our partners.
Here’s what she has to say this International Women’s Day:
“Decent is like one big family, so I’ve never been treated any differently just because I’m a female developer. But I do wish there were more women in the industry.
I’m so proud of what I’ve achieved and would say to any girls at school interested in taking Computer Science subjects — just go for it! Let’s Break the Bias! Software Development is such a rewarding career and we’re in high demand.”
